Participant requirements

• Age 18+.
• Verified account.
• Deposit $1000

Registration and verification

• Create an account and fill out your profile.
• Contact us to determine the terms of cooperation

Bids

• Auction types: standard and sealed bid.
• Minimum bid increment is displayed on the lot page.

Auction winner

• After the auction ends, the winner receives payment instructions.
• Payment and paperwork must be completed within the specified timeframe.
• Non-compliance may result in account suspension.

Commission

• The auction commission is fixed and calculated automatically
• Bid up to 2000chf - commission 200chf
• Bid from 2000chf - commission 12% of bid amount
• Maximum 2500chf

CH Logistics (Fixed 250chf)

• Includes
• Transportation within Switzerland 150chf
• Customs clearance in Switzerland 100chf

Prohibited actions

• Fake bids and collusion between participants.
• Using multiple accounts to artificially influence the auction.
• Violation of platform rules or legislation.

Disclaimer

• Lot descriptions are provided by suppliers. Check information before participating.
• The platform is not responsible for hidden defects unless otherwise stated.

Returns/cancellation

• A bid placed by a participant cannot be canceled or reduced
• If a participant refuses their bid, they are blocked from the auction
• If a participant refuses to collect the won car, they are blocked from the auction
